Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must be resident of United Kingdom and aged over 16.

2. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Prize Draw.

3. One winner will be drawn for the Prize Draw.

4. The Prize Draw will be open from 10 April 2008 and will close on 27 April 2008. No entries will be accepted after this date.

5. The prize of a Sony DAB Radio WALKMAN (XDR-M1), DAB Portable Radio (XDR-S10), DAB Clock Radio (XDR-C705) and DAB HiFi System (CMT-SPZ90) will be awarded to the first name drawn at random.

7. The draw will be held on 28 April 2008. The winner will be notified by e-mail as of 28 April 2008.

8. If no response is received from the winner to the notification after 14 days, Sony reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner

9. Prizes will be delivered to the winner within 6 weeks after the date of the draw.

10. Taxes on prizes will be borne by Sony

11. Prizes are not transferable. No cash or credit alternative is available. Prizes are not exchangeable.

12. Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, Sony reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value

13. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Sony and other Sony affiliates, their family members, Sony and Sony Group dealers or distributors, dealers/distributor or other retail staff or anyone connected with this Prize Draw

14. By entering this Prize Draw, applicants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions. Any further entry instructions given by Sony and posted on this website will form part of these rules

15. Personal information will be held purely for the purpose of the competition and will be destroyed once the competition winner has been notified.
