Terms and Conditions
1. This free prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 16 years or over, except for employees of Sony and other Sony affiliates, their family members, its dealers/distributor or other retail staff or anyone connected with this free prize draw.
2. No purchase is necessary to participate in the free prize draw. In order to be eligible to enter you must have placed a vote for the Sony DAB Rising Star Awards via the following landing page – www.sony.co.uk/risingstar - by Wednesday 27th April 2011.
3. Full information can be found on the website. All participants who enter will be eligible and automatically entered in the free prize draw. Maximum of one entry per person.
5. Entries into the free prize draw must be submitted between Wednesday 30th March 2011 and midday Wednesday 27th April 2011. No entries will be accepted after this date.
6. The draw will take place on Thursday 28th April 2011. There will be one winner whose name will be chosen at random from all the correct entries received by the Promoter. The name of the winner will be announced on www.sony.co.uk/risingstar
7. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw taking place. If no response is received from the winner after this point, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner. The prizes will be delivered to winners within 6 weeks after the date of response from the winners. The product part of the prize will be posted out as recorded/registered delivery and will require a signature – Sony will not accept responsibility for the loss/misplacement of this product one the have posted.

12. The prize is not transferable/exchangeable. No cash or credit alternative is available.
13. Taxes on the prize will be borne by the Promoter.
14. Should the prize become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
